ADMISSION SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING

TICKET ONLY EVENT
Tickets can be purchased from the box office if available.

ALCOHOL
We operate a STRICT Challenge 25 policy for the sale of alcohol – no alcohol will be sold to anyone without ID. Anyone found to be drinking alcohol under the age of 18 years old will be ejected from the event with no refund with the person responsible for supplying the alcohol. Spot checks will take place.

NO READMISSION
Ensure you have all essential (prescription) medication with you before entering ticket check areas.  Verification of legal possession of medication may be required.

SAFETY & SECURITY SEARCH
Event security personnel will conduct security searches of persons and belongings to ensure safety of those on the site.  Persons refusing to co-operate will be refused entry without a refund.

NO UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN UNDER 16
Juveniles under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (minimum age of 18 years).  A maximum of four juveniles in the care of one adult.

NO SMOKING IN:
Toilets, bars, marquees, food outlets or enclosed areas

SPECIAL EFFECTS
Special effects inclusive of, but not limited to, strobe lighting, smoke, laser & pyrotechnics may be used at this event.  Exposure to amplified sound may damage hearing.

PARTICIPANTS RISK
No liability is accepted by the promoters or companies affiliated with the event, unless caused by the negligence of such company. No responsibility is accepted for personal items lost or stolen while attending or following the event.

CO-OPERATION
Participants must comply with the instructions from security; or safety steward; or official acting on behalf of the Promoter.  Any person judged to be heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused access to the event with no refund.

FACILITIES PROVIDED
All facilities provided are for the safety and enjoyment of participants, persons found abusing these facilities or members of staff will be ejected from the event without refund.

PRIVACY
Participants consent to their inclusion in all official photographic, visual & audio recordings of the event as members of the audience and for use in future promotional material for similar events

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION

DO’S and DON’TS

  • Do keep you ticket with you at all times
  • Do consider others when moving around the arena during the concert
  • Do Arrive in good time prior to commencement of event
  • Do consider local residents when entering and exiting the area
  • Do allow amply time to take advantage of toilet facilities
  • Do bring clothing suitable for all weather conditions
  • Do put any rubbish in bins provided
  • DO NOT bring umbrellas in to the arena
  • DO take your camping chairs home after the event!
  • Do look for official merchandise & concession outlasts all located in the arena
  • DO NOT bring food or drink into the arena
  • Do avoid unlicensed traders outside of the grounds offering inferior goods
  • DO NOT leave valuable displayed in your vehicle
